Abstract submission guidelines

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR LECTURE

The submission of abstracts for congress presentations can only be done electronically via the online abstract submission form on the website https://en.stand-art.hu/MOVT2024

Only one first-author abstract can be submitted per person, and when submitting an abstract, each person can only submit the abstract through their account, as we will only be able to send the notification of abstract acceptance to the email address in the submitter's account.
For the 2024 MOVT Congress, abstracts must be submitted in both Hungarian AND English!

The font size, line spacing, margins and font of abstracts will be set automatically by the online submission system.

Abstracts should be no longer than 400 words (without spaces) and should include graphics, figures or images only if the whole can fit on one page.

The title of the authors can be selected from the drop-down menu and the presenter must be indicated in all cases.

All other submission information can be found in the submission interface.

Deadline for abstract submission: 30 April 2024.

Please let us know in advance if your presentation requires anything other than computer-projector (PowerPoint) technology, or if you need to have your presentation recorded! Please hand in your presentation material on a USB stick to the technicians at the latest during the break before the section!
